REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
- Once the product seal is opened, no refund or return will be offered.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or return.
- Used, installed, configured, activated, or damaged products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Only products that fulfill the above conditions are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase.
- No cash refunds will be issued. Any approved refund amount may only be adjusted against the purchase of another product of equal or greater value.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- No warranty will be provided for damaged, burnt, dead, water-damaged, or physically abused products.
- The warranty will be void if the product is opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with.
- All warranty claims will be processed through the respective brand’s authorized service center.
- The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the authorized service center for warranty processing.
- Warranty claims are subject to the terms and approval of the respective manufacturer or brand.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Orders will be dispatched to the customer’s preferred courier service within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery is generally expected within 7 working days. However, Najeeb Electronics is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
- All products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the courier. Any claim for loss or transit damage must be made directly with the courier service.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
