Description
The Grandstream GWN7672 is a powerful, enterprise-grade tri-band Wi-Fi 7 access point that provides wireless speeds up to 11 Gbps (BE11000), ideal for demanding environments with medium to high user density such as office buildings, airports, and stations.
Designed for indoor installation, the Grandstream GWN7672 supports 2×2:2 MIMO across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, giving devices more room to operate and helping reduce interference across a crowded spectrum. With support for 384 concurrent devices and a maximum wireless range of almost 600 feet, it is well suited to spaces where large numbers of Wi-Fi devices connect at the same time.
A standout Wi-Fi 7 feature built into the Grandstream GWN7672 is Multi-Link Operation, which allows devices to use multiple bands simultaneously for more stable connections. Combined with 4096-QAM modulation, Multi-RU, and Preamble Puncturing technology, these features help maximize performance even in spectrum-congested environments.
Connectivity is handled through a 5-Gigabit Ethernet port, delivering up to 10 Gbps of aggregate wired throughput to keep pace with the access point’s high wireless speeds. This ensures the wired uplink never becomes a bottleneck, even under heavy multi-device load.
Security is built into the core of the device, with anti-hacking secure boot and critical data and control lockdown via digital signatures, along with a unique security certificate and random default password assigned per device, protecting business networks straight out of the box.
Management is simplified through a controller-less distributed network management design, where the controller is embedded directly within the product’s web user interface. The Grandstream GWN7672 is also supported by GDMS Networking and GWN Manager, Grandstream’s cloud and on-premise Wi-Fi management platforms, with an embedded controller capable of managing up to 50 local Grandstream access points.
With indoor coverage up to 175 meters and support for Bluetooth BLE 5.3, captive portals, and mesh networking, the device adapts well to a wide variety of environments, from classrooms to conference centers. Advanced QoS ensures low-latency real-time applications run smoothly, even during periods of heavy network traffic.
Voice-over-Wi-Fi deployments benefit especially from the Grandstream GWN7672, which offers seamless connectivity with Grandstream’s Wi-Fi capable IP phones, making it a strong fit for organizations already using Grandstream’s unified communications ecosystem.
With its tri-band Wi-Fi 7 speeds, high client capacity, and flexible management options, the Grandstream GWN7672 is a future-ready choice for businesses building next-generation wireless networks.
