It supports both GPON and EPON dual modes with automatic switching, giving the TP-Link XN020-G3 1GE WiFi 4 XPON Router flexibility across different ISP network types without requiring separate hardware for each.
Compliant with ITU-T G.984/G.988 GPON standards, the TP-Link XN020-G3 1GE WiFi 4 XPON Router supports maximum data rates of up to 2.488Gbps downstream and 1.244Gbps upstream, giving it plenty of headroom for typical home broadband packages. It includes 1 Gigabit Ethernet LAN port for fast wired connections to PCs, game consoles, or smart TVs, alongside 2.4GHz WiFi N delivering speeds up to 300Mbps through two 5dBi external antennas for stable coverage.
Built for smooth IPTV and everyday streaming, the TP-Link XN020-G3 1GE WiFi 4 XPON Router supports IGMP Proxy/Snooping along with Bridge and Tag VLAN configuration, while Multi-SSID and parental controls provide added security and personalization for different household users. Setup and day-to-day management are simplified through the Aginet app, and remote management is supported via OMCI and TR-069 protocols, allowing ISPs to configure and maintain the device without needing an on-site visit for routine changes.
